Julia Lyudchik
Julia earned her bachelor’s degree in computer security from the Department of Radiophysics and Computer Technologies at Belarusian State University. Later, she completed her PhD in the lab of Johann Danzl at the Institute of Science and Technology, focusing on developing image analysis pipelines for super-resolution light microscopy. During her PhD, she contributed to several publications, including LIONESS, CATS and LICONN, methods for brain tissue visualization and reconstruction using light microscopy.
She is also passionate about scientific visualization and enjoys creating illustrations and animations related to her work. Outside of science, she dedicates her time to urban dancing, all kinds of arts and crafts, baking, and solo traveling.
