Michelle Wu
Michelle is a research associate at E11 Bio, using protein barcodes to map brain circuits in vivo. She recently received her undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Toronto. Prior to E11, she was building cell-free protein synthesis tools in Keith Pardee's lab and engineering synthetic protein capsules to elucidate temporal transcriptomics in Fei Chen's lab at the Broad Institute.
Outside of the lab, Michelle enjoys hiking and exploring new landscapes. She's currently training for her next Ironman 70.3 triathlon, because it's fun to have 3 additional modes of transportation.
